Providing a Color Sketch
After viewing the drawings and discussing the portrait with her husband, Deb suggested that they were still having trouble envisioning the finished painting, and were hesitant to commit. I offered to provide a loose color sketch to assist them. I produced this sketch by painting acrylic washes over a large-format photocopy sized to the dimensions of the final work.
