CONSTRUCTED HOME - LAKE SIDE

First Floor features a covered entry porch leading to the foyer with walk-in coat closet and access to the oversized two-car garage with workshop. Also accessible off hard floors from both front and back of the lakefront home is the half bath and laundry room. The large kitchen offers a walk-in pantry and three foot bar. The large dining room is the central hub of this family home with sliding door access to the covered lakeside porch and out to the cathedral ceilinged four-seasons porch/family room. The through fireplace connects the dining area to the living room which is highlighted by a tray ceiling and lakeview windows. At the other end of the house, accessed down a hallway from the foyer, is the master bedroom with cathedral ceiling. Double doors lead to the master bath offering dual walk-in closets, double bowl sink, toilet closet and shower. Beyond the bath lies a small exercise room with lake-view for an early morning treadmill run.

Since the home was designed for a retired couple, the upstairs was designed to be closed off by a hallway door at the top of the stairs. That way, heating and cooling can be minimized when guests are not present. The door also acts as a noise buffer to the downstairs when visiting grandchildren are sleeping. The two upstairs bedrooms are well sized with cathedral ceilings. A full bath is also located on the second floor. But the real surprise is the huge gameroom under the garage's high-peaked roof.
