This is not some get-rich-quick scheme with high tech tracking for your website. This is simple word-of-mouth advertising.
Tell your friends about Sanders Studios. If they call or visit the website and order a work of art or commission a job, I'll pay you 10% of the retail sales price. The person ordering will simply need to divulge the name, address, phone and email of the person who referred them. I will contact the referring party to verify accurate information. When I get paid, you'll get paid. Just that simple.

Different jobs pay in different ways: an existing work of art on my website may pay immediately. Whereas a commissioned work may pay in thirds: 1/3 at the beginning, 1/3 upon approval of sketches and the final 1/3 upon acceptance of the finished artwork. In either case, I will pay the referral fee after I receive all funds into my account. Then I will send the referring party their 10% check via mail.
My artwork ranges in price from a few hundred dollars to as much as $15,000 and possibly more. So the 10% fee could be $50-$100 or it could be several thousand dollars just for telling a friend about my website and services. As an example, an 8x10 landscape may be priced around $1200, netting the referring person $120. But a large 36"x48" commission family portrait of four people might be $24,000, paying you $2,400! There is no guarantee of how much you can make, since no one can determine what the people you refer may purchase, if anything. But the more people you tell, the better the chance that you will earn money.
My goal is to sell my art, not take advantage of your personal info. I will not, under any circumstances, share your personal contact information with any third party retailers or advertisers. Nor will I require any personal financial information from you, unless your referral fees are of an amount that require me to report the income to the IRS. If that is the case, then I will need a W-9 form filled out prior to payment. All such information will be filed in hard copy.
